    Single Turbo LS1 idle issues

    Greetings all,

Just inherited a turbo LS1 swap and trying to clean up the tune a bit. Car refuses to stay running until up to operating temps, will die after initial startup and then when going into gear. Car is also breaking up terribly any time it attempts to build boost (this could be blowing out spark though and we are swapping to colder plugs with a .025 gap this weekend). If anyone wants to give a look over a recent data log and the current tune sitting on the ECU, they are attached. We have zero idea of what the previous tuner did and we're trying to dissect and clean up the car so it will at least run and build boost so we can get it on the dyno and clean it up. Thanks!

    Quick breakdown of mods:

    -BTR turbo cam
    -LS6 manifold
    -92mm TB
-STS 76mm rear mount turbo kit
    -EngineTech LS1 Hyereutectic pistons/rings
    -Walbro 225lph in tank pump
    -Summit 380lph inline pump
    -FIC 1000 injectors
    -AEM Water/Meth kit

    That's all wrong.

Is it really a MAP sensor with the specs of 200/10.33, or is it something else and those settings never got changed from the default?

MAF Fail High is 16,500 and P0101-103 are No Error.

You have an Injector Flow Rate table configured for a returnless/nonreferenced fuel system (sloped), but an Offset vs Volts vs VAC table configured for a return/referenced system (flat). You don't mention what type fuel system is being used, it can't be both at the same time, so one or the other of those is wrong.

With the Open Loop - EQ Ratio table all 1.00's, I'd expect it to run bad when cold. That's the equivalent of wiring the choke fully open on a carb. No cold enrichment.

Fuel system is set up as a return system, Aeromotive FPR @58psi, Racetronix rails, Fuel injector connection 1k injectors, appears to be stock ACDelco 3 blade MAF. Apologies, we've only had the car for a week or so and are just now digging through it. Took it in on a trade.

Need to get the number off the MAP sensor, and look up what it's linear/offset are.

It does have a MAF still? I'd probably delete it if it does. The stuff in that file isn't correct for either failing the MAF to force speed density, OR properly enabling the MAF if it's still there and running blended or MAF-only.

Need to get the part numbers for the injectors and find the correct datasheet for them. Then, use only the column for '0kPa VAC' to fill in every single column in both those tables.
