so i was looking under the engine diag missfire and for the low mid and high rpm chart they all have 32,767 in table. Is that normal or what is wrong with it.

yes that is normal, because at lower RPMS the computer would easily mistake RPM fluctuations as misfires and you would constantly be getting CEL activated.
