MPVI3 bluetooth issue with Windows 10

I have a MPVI3 that I have tried to make a Bluetooth connection using a computer running WIN10

The laptop doesn't see the MPVI3 when in pairing mode.
With that said I have an android device that see's it.

My Iphone XR wouldn't see it until I installed TrackAddict on it, the connection is very flaky and wants to keep disconnecting

With this all said I know it's best to connect using a USB and that does work.
I just don't see why it's an issue connecting using my laptop.

I have other Bluetooth devices that connect like my Iphone XR, OBDlink mx+ and a Android tablet

Does anyone else have this issue?
Also any fix for this?

i think i read that the bluetooth option is only for cellular phones.

i just recently purchased the same interface and tried to link mine B/T to my PC and had no luck as you didnt. how are you doing w tuning so far?

My plan is to tune the 8HP I swapped into my JKU
