    Request ECU EPROM Reading/Writing

I got a 2012 Holden VE Commodore (E39 SIDI PCM). SPS is hopeless. Got a faulty injector driver, got a used PCM not realising I can't flash it.......I know HP Tuners does a VIN Change but I think it's just software if I recall not a EPROM change.

I figure if your software unlocked the ECU to write your tunes, your probably able to upgrade your software to support EPROM reading and writing properly?

GM is getting worse with their SPS and really we need HP Tuners if possible to help cover programming stuff...... even as far as cloning each device from one to a replacement would be good.....

It's another service you could charge for so...

Odd. While I have had issues with SPS/TechlineConnect it doesn't seem to be any different than the last 20 odd years I have used it. If you find something with the same OS and corresponding other sub OS's you should be able to VIN change and be fine.
I really don't see HPtuners doing full programming because it would be accessing factory software/data. It would likely be more expensive than the day/week/year charge for SPS.
There are multiple places to get fully programmed ECM/PCM/TCM modules. I have used https://www.fs1inc.com/gm.html and the product has been good although the lead time has been less than desirable. There are also clone services. I CAN NOT speak for this one I just did a simple google search.
