there are several links, PDFs and whatnot i have found in the search feature, but all are dead.
is there anything 'new' or active for filters?
looking to add and use them, but very limited or outdated info is all i have found.

There isn't one, and if there was, it would only work on one specific platform. Stop fighting the inevitable and go through the steps and build them yourself.
