Replaced under warranty but can?t use credits

I was recently in the middle of a flash and my interface quit working. It was replaced under warranty with no problem and when I received the new interface I registered it. Says I have 4 credits. When I hooked back up to the vehicle it worked but says unlicensed vehicle and don?t give the option to use the credits to license it.
Can anyone help with an answer for this issue

I would contact support and see if they are able to transfer the license from your old device to the new warranty device.

Figured it out finally had to delete everything and start over so it wouldn?t recognize anything from before
