I purchased an MPVI3 with 4 credits. I have read the file on my vehicle. wanted to make a couple of minor changes and it says that I do not have license for doing that. I thought that was what the credits were for?

I am working on a gen 3 coyote with a Ford Performance Power Pack PCM.
