    interface not found or not responding

    *SOLVED*just got MPV13 and using this with a laptop that is up to date drivers installed and i keep getting this message in VCM editor. it occasionally works in VCM scanner (less than 50% of attempts). Did i get a bad unit or is the software/hardware just this bad? to say im disappointed is an understatement.

    Well, turns out it was my AV software interfering with it. disabled the AV and works like a champ.
