"Fuel pressure sae" fluctuating a lot 2019 c7z06

Hi, I recently got into these c7s and on a 2019 c7z06 I was scanning, I noticed the low pressure side's "fuel pressure" channel was bouncing around a lot.

At a steady speed the "fuel pressure requested" channel said 65 psi but the "fuel pressure sae" channel would show anywhere from 30 psi to 100 psi, constantly fluctuating. At full throttle it also jumped around but mostly to higher values than the "fuel pressure requested" channel.
*The high side pressure fuel pressure seemed fine as the "desired fuel pressure" and "fuel rail pressure" were very close to each other.*

On a 2013 Zl1 I scanned in the past, the "fuel pressure sae" would only fluctuate a few psi if that, and closely matched the "fuel pressure requested" channel.

I asked another tuner and he said it's probably an Hp Tuner scanner bug as he said it happens a lot on the gen5 trucks.
Is this Normal on the c7 vettes?

Maybe it's a scanner bug after all, I'll try out a specific channel and see if it helps tomorrow.

I thought I initially selected "generic sensor" but that wasn't the case. There was only one option for fuel pressure on the low pressure side.

I've seen inconsistent pressures on some cars as well in the datalogs when I know they can't possibly be right. Since my laptop never has this issue, but a few of my remote clients do, I just assumed it was a bug or due to the scan rate of that PID. Mine is set to scan most PID's at the highest or higher frequency. But you need a beefy laptop for this to not have hiccups from what I've seen. My datalogging laptop has 16 CPU cores which is typically many more than most.

I've also seen some datalogs where a few of the PID's can't possibly be correct and its usually the remote clients laptop. A full reboot and logging again corrected the issue. But the Low Pressure Fuel PID is the most common and a reboot doesn't fix it. That's also why I suspect it could be the PID scan frequency.

Thank you for the replies, I will adjust the scanning rate.

Do you also get them occasionally from customers with really notchy data? Like its only grabbing a frame per second on everything? I get that out of the blue with established customers. Have no idea the cause.
