Need Help!!

New here, so I appreciate any and all help. Have 2016 Jeep srt, did whipple, pistons, rods, cam,got it tuned and the day I got back turned vehicle off and it wooukd not start back up?.shop said my ecu was dead?ordered new ecu from hp?shop put my vin and everything needed in it. now they are saying there?s a ton of hard codes in the ecu, example no abs, can?t read wheel speed, won?t shift out of park. They?re saying they think it?s the wrong ecu for my vehicle. Anybody had this problem before?
