0411 swap 4l80e low range not shifting up

Hi, I have a Cherokee Chief with a L29 454 & 4l80e, thats had a 0411 swap, in low range, its not changing up gears unless revved above 3000 in each gear.
I have connected c2-16 to earth when in low range & i think its c2-17 with ignition power. I am pretty sure the file is from a 4wd , but not 100% , if someone could check that would be awesome, I have tried some segment swaps from the repository, but not many there , with my os 12212156, 2002 model, the others wont let me do the swap.
So some help please with
Other possible causes
Someone with a file for a 2000 ish Silverado or Suburban that has a 4l80e & is 4WD that has a OS 12212156 or something that is compatible for a segment swap in case mine is not from a 4WD.

I have found a file for a K2500 4wd & done the segment swap, but still not shifting out of 1st when in low range, unless revved above 3000. Works fine in high range.
Any ideas?

What's the transfer case number? My 243 has a range switch on top left side of the case that tells the PCM when it's in low range.

Mine has a switch also, that is connected. Wondering if the ecm does not have a 4wd table, not sure how to check that.
