i up VE and MAF still give me same 0.67 g nothing more

i increase spark 4 degree too ... and still same

i up flow rate too .. from 38 lb\h to 42 lb\h


so i think my issue in mechanical things

fuel pump if weak can effect ??

i use intake 6.2 L with stock injector 42 lb\ h

TB 92mm

head 6.2L and block 6.0 L

ragulator 58 psi when i do WOT drop to 25 psi

is that effect cylinder airmass ?? or no ?
