Basically it is your B1S1 HO2S is tired.
Test I do is hook my DSO and check rich to lean switching rate on a throttle snap. HO2S voltage rises above
600 MV and falls below 300 MV and switches in less than 100 milliseconds. You can also check it in your Mode 6 data. It updates pass and fail tests and how close they are. Great stuff for diagnosis of Smog check failures. Some of my bread and butter.
Don't get butt hurt if no one answers you back in 15 minutes. Most of the help that is on here is FREE. Shop rate at the dealer I was at is now $260 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. Lots of good guys here. Last thing you want to do with a bunch of Alpha Male mechanics is complain. We can be pretty ruthless. Funny but ruthless.

integral delay airflow mode 1.2x
proportional airflow mode .90x
proportional limit 1.25=
low, mid, high flow .95x
min rich lean 300
max rich lean 675
target idle speed, p/n, in gear 50+ rpm
these r the changes ive put on new tune are these ok
I usually never mess with the min rich lean from stock.
You need to fix the HO2 sensor issue first. That can't be fixed with software modification and shouldn't be.
