Zero out all the cells in the target file. 'Copy With Axis' from the source file. Paste. Interpolate across any cells that didn't get filled in (that's why zero it out first, pretty much impossible to miss them that way). Double check in 2D/3D mode, make sure the result makes logical sense.
The Short Pulse Adder table has the same axis labels, so that one just copies/pastes as-is.
