    bolt on gen 1 coyote doing noise Backfire while deceleration

    Hello Guys , how i can stop this thing from doing noise backfire while deceleration in downshifting
    the Tune runs fine pulls good everything seems okay

    but it's hard handle this backfire from the exhaust it's happing only when i cruise for a while and the exhaust get's hot immediately she's doing backfire while downshifting

    i have tried to set DFCO > Enable VSS to 0 and DFCO> Ramp on Rate to 1.00

    is this will do the trick ?

    because actually my Axle Back is broken because of this

    On low load no

    Only the MPT OP table in .70 and above load and from 4k RPM and above RPM

    Look torque management\ spark only torque ratio. Raise dfco to 1.0 and try that.

    tried that and she still doing it but lot less than before , do i have to change torque managment / fuel cut torque ratio DFSO to 1.00 ? because its in .100

    All fuel cut torque ratios should be set to 1.0 to prevent enleanment.

    Is dfco enabled and burble mode disabled?

    Did you mess with the tr s curves? Did you change the optimum stability cam timing?

    I’ll DM with the Tune File and you can look everything it should effect and doing this problem

    after going back in forth in this Issue and made changes on DFCO Settings and VCT OS Tables , i think the issue is from BAP tune settings and until idk how to set the offest vs voltage tables

    any thoughts ?

    Setting Fuel Torque Ratio's to 1.0 give's the abililty to cut fuel, which is what you want in DFCO and to get rid of the backfires.. You're getting retarded spark during deceleration causing backfires, change Spark Torque Ratio - DFSO to 1.0 so spark doesn't retard as much to control deceleration, instead it will just cut fuel.

    What year car is this? There can be a lot of tables, post your file.

    Already Did that on Fuel Torque Ratio - DFCO to 1.0 and Spark Torque Ratio - DFSO to 1.0 Also 38209 and 38224 tables both to zero and she still Backfires in decal specially when she Down Shift from 4th - 3th

    the car is 2012 Mustang GT 6R80

    mods : Boss IM , PMAS CAI , LU47 , VMP BAP , 3.55 REAR GEARS , LTH headers , Offroad x pipe , Borla S type catback

    I have Used multiple Injector Data from different tunes she was dumping Fuel like crazy and STFT was all over the place

    The current data in the Tune is Tighting the STFT together also the MAF tuning was easy, BTW the car is idles / Cruise / WOT like a Dream

    The banging and backfiring only happens when the Exhaust is Hot and i have Drove the Car for a long time

    i have tested the Roush 2017 OS Injector Data today

    and Re Tune the MAF , She looks alright in cruising and part throttle to 5k rpm

    but she still doing the noise backfire in Decal

    Your MAF curve is skuffed. Try using the graph. Your Borderline values are higher than your MBT values in some spark tables... Which doesnt make any sense to me.
