    P2270 and P2272 Pending

2014 Mustang GT bone stock except for headers. I have set these to codes to no error reported but every time I hook up a scanner they read back as permanent. What gives? Everything else doing the headers has been alright except for these two codes.

Title mistype they read permanent not pending.

Still trying to find a solution for this. I am considering reflashing the ECM with a stock program from Ford via my Autel MaxiFlash Elite and seeing if it will bring the ECM back to ground level. Before starting the car I will upload the tune and then ideally that should solve the issue.

    Ideally...

I also am facing this exact same issue on a car I just recently did an AFM delete tune for. I did not do any of the mechanic work only the tune and I noticed that there was a permanent code in there. I gave it back to the customer and said there is a code on here and I recommend you fix it. We'll see what happens I guess...
