New Guy (Tune issues after DOD/Cam Swap.)

Having some issues with idle and slight stumbling after getting the truck back together and tuned.
Seems to surge at idle a bit. Occasional stalling when backing the camper in.
Hoping someone can help spot what's wrong.
Engine has the following:
-L83 DOD/AFM Delete. VVT remains. BTR Stage 2 truck cam- BTR Springs, Chromoly pushrods 3/8-7.850, Trunion upgrade.
-L86 Intake and Throttle Body.
-Speed engineering shortys. Truck still has cats.(All 02's still intact.)
-Speed engineering CAI.
Truck runs e85 most of the time.


Tune and log file.
-Highwaylog.hpl
-7_21 L83 BTR Cam STG2. Summer Fans. 174Tstat.hpt

O2's and fueling have something really weird going on with them. Torque model needs work. VVE needs work. I've never ever seen external load that high before. Usually that's used to cover up other problems, so might want to go back down near stock with that table then re-evaluate it.

Hey I have removed DFM from my 2019 gmc Sierra what all do I need to do to the tune file to just turn off the DFM?
