6.7 cummins swap into f-250 5r110 limp mode

I swapped a 2008 6.7 cummins into a 2008 f-250 previously 6.4 powerstroke. I am running the stock 5R110 trans and using the ford ecu to shift it. How ever the ford ECU keeps limp modeing and stops commanding torque logic. I have all of the codes disabled in hptuners so it isnt throwing any codes but when it limp mode i will hit clear codes and torque logic comes back on and starts shifting perfect. Im at a loss HP tuners dont have the switches enabled to remove limp mode can anyone help with this?!

I?m not 100% sure but when you swap a Cummins in I thought you needed to switch to RPM based shifting. The exam isn?t seeing the torque from the eking because.. well it doesn?t exist. It?s a Cummins now.
