    Can Someone Read my Datalog

Hello, I had my engine tuned. Tuner says injectors are maxed out. Can someone look at this data log and see if anything else jumps out? Truck is an 89' S10, 2006 6.0, Stage 2 Cam/springs, everything else engine related is stock, shorty hedders, TH350 trans, 2800-3000 stall converter). Engine starts, cruises good, surges like it's starving for fuel when mashing the throttle. 60 psi fuel regulated right before rails. Thanks in advance.

There is a chance that your stock injectors are maxed out if they are not flex fuel injectors. Your logging too many things to have high resolution data so what ever is happining at sudden throttle movements, you may not see it.

I'm all ears. What should I have the log set up for. I just left things the way the remote tuner had it set up.

First question is, do you have a fuel pressure gauge in the vehicle you can view while driving? If not, you need to rig one up. Doesn't matter if "fuel pressure checks fine" if you're only looking at an underhood gauge at idle. Need to know what it is under WOT. That's WOT tuning 101

Second thing, through the entire data log it never once goes into PE. It's a truck OS and I bet it still has truck PE settings.

Third, a couple times (at least) it looks like the pedal was well over 80% and the TPS lagged behind significantly. I'd imagine it still has all the truck TM still.

Might want to go back to your "tuner" and ask him if he's sure he knows what he's doing.

If you want us to check to see if its out of fuel you should floor it and make a full throttle pull.

If he suspects the injectors are out the first thing I would do is verify its holding fuel pressure +/- say 5 psi.
