3rd Gen 78mm TB to TBSS Inteke 90mm TB

I am working on my base tune for my swap project. Have a mild build 3gen 5.3 with 10.6.1 CR with new 2004 ZO6 cam. I am going to be running the 4th Gen TBSS intake with DBW 90 mm throttle body. I am using a 2004 GMC Yukon Base map. Did a segment swap ( same operating system ) with a 2004 ZO6 Corvette changed engine type to 5.3 change cylinder volume to the correct volume for the 5.3. now my question is in the idle tab under airflow. I already changed the ECT area scaler to match up to the 90 mm throttle body (0.0192) My question is is there anything else under the airflow tab or any other tab I need to change for this intake and throttle body to work correctly.

Corvette injectors or TBSS injectors? Or 2004 Yukon injectors? And which of the three most closely matches the fuel system type (returnless, referenced)?

I'm going to be running a returnless fuel system with 50lb injectors P/N 12613412 with the Cadillac CTS-V fuel filter works the same as the Corvette with the return on the filter. This will be a flex fuel tune. I would like to try mainly to stay on e85 but sometimes it's not available in a lot of places.

Anyone have any suggestions of anything I might have missed? I know this question has been asked a trillion times a trillion different ways but all the searches I did came up with very little. it would be nice if one of the technical guys that knows what they're doing would put all the information into one thread on how the do the TBSS intake swap and the settings that you would need to change in the tune for the 3-Gen platform and make it a sticky at the top of the page. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

This is what I changed so far on the tune file.

    I did a engine segment swap from a 2004 Corvette ZO6.

I change engine type to 5.3.

I changed cylinder volume two 0.066594.

I change desired throttle area in electronic throttle from Corvette pedal to match the 04 Chevy Tahoe / Yukon pedal settings.

I also changed fuel/ temperature control/ enrichment rate vs temp to match the 04 Yukon since I'm going to be using the catalystic from the 04 Yukon.

And I copied and pasted Target idle speed vs coolant temp filled in all boxes. The Corvette does not have P/N AC on and off idle filled in like the Yukon so I copied the two upper and pasted into the two lower since I'm going have AC.
Under idle under airflow I did change the ECT. Area scaler to match for the 90 mm DBW (0.0192)
And I copied all the fuel settings for the flex fuel from the 2004 Yukon.

And since this is going in a 2004 2wd S10 Blazer I did a segment swap for the P59 fuel system/ P59 system / P59 speedmeter. That way my speedometer gas gauge and tachometer all work correctly.

Almost missed this one. The tac module settings for idle. The '04 Yukon/ Tahoe tach module has different settings from the '04 Corvette tac module. And it says no little bottom box. If settings are incorrect, it can permanently destroy the PCM.
