The quick answer is. U open the tune file in editor. It will have all the parameters that U downloaded from your PCM/TCM. It will tell U your parameters of said charts that are applicable to your vehicle. U have to have a saved tune file to get the parameters. U have to create a new graph in the scanner n copy n paste Ur Colum axis (values across the top) and the Row axis (values down the side) and paste them in the scanner layout. There are many videos on how to do this on Youtube. HPtuner channel, Goatrope garage just to name a couple of good examples. U can go into PID'S and type in what U are looking for to help set up the graphs in the scanner however it does not place the parameters in the graphs for U. Best bet is to watch some videos on how to set up graphs in the scanner. Once set up in scanner this is where U do your log files and capture the data. Then U copy n paste the values from the scanner logs> Over to your editor to modify said values. (IE Tuning) once Tuned U write it to the vehicle in Editor. Can be a bit confusing if Ur new. Watch a few Tutorials U will get it down. Hope this helps Best of Luck
