I just bought HPtuners and tried to read the ECM of my 2016 Silverado 1500 with L83 and I get an error, see attached.
According to the HP tuners site I shouldn't have to send the computer in for modifications.
What am I doing wrong?

if you havent figured it out yet, I had the same issue. Remove the radio fuse and you should be good to go.
Battery or wiring related issue. Sometimes pulling fuses can fix the issue but those instances are few and far between.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
