I have a l5p 2018 WT shift on the floor 4wd I tuned and after the t/c, stabilitrak? etc came on and codes said lost com with tcase module which was not on before swapping ecm and tuning. I have a modified tune but no stock also have deleted tunes can anyone help me out with this please

I take it you bought your files from a tuner? It sounds like they simply used a base file with the wrong segments.
