    Random delay before entering DFCO

I am trying to figure out what is causing my delay into DFCO. Sometimes it goes in immediately, sometimes not at all. I thought maybe my MAP conditions were too high but that doesn't appear to be the case, as shown in this log. I think I see that the timing is staying advanced and not meeting the entry requirements, but don't know why that would be happening.
    Key spots in this log:
16.500: come off throttle, timing stays at 32 degrees, MAP is 15kPa (well below the 35kPa entry requirement)
18.900: timing finally starts to taper down
    19.500: DFCO finally active

I've been through this before. Newer computers have a table for "DFCO delay", the old ones do not. Sorry but I'm 98% sure you're out of luck on this one

So we have no idea what else the VCM is looking for prior to entering DFCO? I feel like it used to enter immediately all the time and only started this random delay over the last couple of months.

To my understanding, yes. I pulled up a .bin file matching your OS in Universal Patcher. I didn't see anything in a cursory glance, but I'll look deeper in a little while.
