    There is data supplied by RC for these injectors, though it is very generic data that is not specific to Chrysler Operating Systems. It's also lacking in its low pulse fuel delivery definition, which is more critical to low load driveability. However, given the moderate size of the injector, it shouldn't be running too low in the pulse range to matter as much as it does with much larger injectors.

    The biggest hurdle you face with the supplied injector data from RC is the fact that the fuel delivery is defined in cc/min vs pulsewidth, which needs to be converted to grams or mg vs pulsewidth. There are calculators available to make that conversion simpler, though the accuracy of the conversion is highly dependent upon the density of the fluid used to rate the injectors. That being said, you can make a very basic, assumed conversion using average fuel density as your baseline, inputting the resultant data into your calibration, and then correcting for the error on a global scale before you start focusing on dialing in specific points that seem problematic.

    One of your most important parameters you need to get right is the voltage offset (injector latency time), which you'll need to select the data based on your fuel pressure you're running.

    Also, once you get the fuel mass vs pulsewidth data worked out, you'll want to take your final values and compare them to the stock data to see what the multiplier is. After determining the multiplier, apply the inverse of that multiplier to the startup injector pulsewidth map so that you're not flooding the motor every time you try to start the car.
