MPVI3 stand alone logs inaccurate?

I recently purchased a MPVI3 so i can do stand alone logging but the logs seem to be off. Number in the gauges dont match those on the tables. Some readings are definitely not correct. I can make a pull with the 3 then hook up my original and make a pull and get very different looking logs. Anyone know whats going on with this? Is it something that needs to be setup different with the new unit?
