Changing idle speed makes the truck not run. Anyone else get this?

I'm tuning a 03 1500 for a simple turbo kit. It has injectors, zr1 map, and I am trying to run it in SD with the 2 bar OS.

I pull file from truck. load 2 bar OS. Save file as "2BAR OS" I close the file then open "2BAR OS". from there I failed the maf, turned off the codes that are relevent, changed the idle to around 800, changed the injector data and put the zr1 map values in. The truck will only start rev and die. After alot of trial and error i have found that if the load only the OS, map and inj data the truck will run. But if I change any idle speed values it goes back to starting and dying. I use write entire on the first flash, then calibration only from then on out.

Has anyone else run into something like this before? Its a p59 ecm, Im using an old vcm, HP tuners version 4.8.7.
I'm stumped, this should be a easy one and its kinda killing me.
    Thanx guys.

And nobody is allowed to see this file? Or better, both the file where it runs and the file where it doesn't?

Most likely cause is, you're not failing the maf correctly.
