Hallo, I but an Procharger to my Hemi, with smooth boost BOV, and ever since, the TB will go to WOT while crusing very often. Anyone an idea what could cause this? TB was changed, no difference?

I don't know when I will get a log from my tuner, but are these settings ok? Unfortunately the car 450 miles away from me.
WOT Pedal Threshold, Pedal Wot and Throttle WOT are all set to 1,8V is that ok? Sensed map is enabled.
Hope someone will help me on this settings.
Btw, how can I post my tune or a log?

[ECM] 44442 - FA WOT Pedal: Above this pedal voltage, the fueling algorithm considers the pedal to be a WOT request. , All our Boosted Tunes get 1.625V, brings in extra Fuel to keep things cool., NA open Loop, 1.0V, I use it to better control AFR,
[ECM] 44390 - Throttle WOT: Above this voltage the throttle is considered at WOT. A lot depends on what Driver is expecting, if its a track toy or 90% of the time driver same with the RPM value, Manual cars can benefit if you set the RPM above 2500, Auto's I've found set it to 1k below actual convertor stall speed
[ECM] 13530 - ETC Pedal WOT: Above this voltage the Pedal is considered at WOT by the ETC system. Tricky ,set it to low and it messes with Power % Requested and Expected pedal 1.85V is too low unless it's a track only vehicle.
it's most likely an Airflow issues, you didn't have the issue before the Smooth Boost BOV ? or has it always some what did it.
Only way for any one of use to get you the help you need is, post log and tune.

Blower and Smooth Boost BOV came together. Got a tune to start the engine, and than tried email tuning to get the car driveable. The issue was already. Then the engine broke (been driving too much with bad tune). Brought the car to Germany, to a tuner with AWD dyno, ordered a new high quality 426 engine at BBP, waited one year, waited an other year till the guys im Germany got the car ready.
Now the engine runs fine, was tuned at the dyno, but the issue with TB is still there.
The tuner himself is taking part in Pro Mods, but maybe he is not so familier with Hemis.
Engines are engines, g3 hemi operating systems are the issue,

All good, if you can post the tune and a log with throttle Volts, air flow, accelerator pedal bolts , there’s some real experienced boost guys who lurk around here. And can help

Mine goes to limp mode, even if the AWD dyno has no synchronized axles. So I think it will not work.
that sounds like a tune issue, I have put many Dodge AWD vehicles on a 2WD Dyno with no issue

Ich weiB, dass Steffen kein Fan von AWD-Autos auf seinem Prufstand ist, aber da Kraftwerk wirklich der einzige Laden in Deutschland ist, zu dem es sich lohnt, damit zu fahren, sind Ihre Moglichkeiten begrenzt, er sollte in der Lage sein, herauszufinden, warum Ihr Auto Code ausgibt. Ich weiB, dass er in der Vergangenheit AWD-Autos gebaut hat.
