VCM no longer reading voltage,boost/vacuum,aem wideband

I have been using this layout on my car to log for awhile and everything worked well. My car has a gen 3 6.0 and 411 ecu. running speed density 2.5 bar map. Its been awhile since I had to configure the sensors etc to get everything working how i wanted. I have the aem hard wired into the ecu since the car does not have ac, that took awhile to get ironed out with setup, same with having the map read the correct boost/vacuum on the vcm gauge.

I just installed a fresh motor and starting to break the motor in and wanted to log the first few drives, i had to update hpt and then went to log and thats when I noticed it wasnt recording those 3 things. I havent made any changes to settings and confused as to what would cause this to happen and how can i fix it?

Heres a copy of my layout if that helps anyone to take a look and help me.
    ThanksRegi's boosted gen3 layout.Layout.xml

Try re-polling for supported parameters. And then maybe remove and replace the non functional channels. If this doesn’t work then likely wiring issues.
