Pt Gt 05 coldstart, idle richness and nasty cam

I have an 05 pt gt high output. Been failing for over a year to understand how all this works.
05 manual
47 with wing to 52mm throttle body
Stage 3 crower cam and supporting
Adjustable cam gears
Ported polished head and exhaust
3 inch intake,full 3 inch near open exhaust
Diablo tuner the fancy screen one,
Aem wide band
Boost gage
MLS gaskets
Arp studs
Sure I'm forgetting stuff

Basically I'm pig rich at idle which goes stupid lean soon as I try to take off from a stop and if I don't ride the clutch it dies. Diablo shows adding 17% short term fuel at idle but wide band shows 14.7 but you can smell the fuel. Have gotten my pulse width down to 1600 once or twice randomly ran so much better vs 19 to 2200 normally. 15 inches of vacuum.

Also I know this cam is suppose to lope but it never has. If I give it just a touch of throttle I can get it to surge but not lope

I get a p0310? misfire but only on cold start for like 20-30 seconds before it smooths out idles normally.

Some help would be appreciated. I know I was random but I'm frazzled

what injectors ? what turbo ? unless you have a built bottom end and a good ported head with a big turbo revving to 8100 rpm there is no need for a large camshaft like that.
