Write Entire

I'm using the MPVI3 with a 2022 7.3 6R140 swap. The PCM has been unlocked and thee is no vin.

The only options I'm presented with are "write entire" and "do not write".

Questions:
1. Does using the write entire clear KAMs when writing the tune to the vehicle?
2. Does using the write entire clear Trans Adaptive Learning when writing the tune to the vehicle?
3. Is there other options or should I continue using the write entire?
