no start after 2 bar tune uploaded

So went from a 5.3 cam springs ss intake 92mm tb short headers single exhaust to all the same everything including cam in a 6.0 and added a 78/75 billet turbo I did a 2bar RTT OS and I can not get this thing to start to save my life. I?ve added fuel taken out away and it will start for a second off I hold the throttle to the floor after cranking around 15 seconds or so! i uploaded both the 1 bar the truck runs and drives on and the tune that wont start the truck. thanks for any help

70lb injectors high impedance with 0.3ms of lag time? I don't think that sounds right, at 12v maybe 1.3ms not 0.3ms
First pulse looks a bit small

Try fixing the lag time and reduce the idle airflow, maybe the fuel injector pulse is too weak and throttle is too open
check the fuel pressure to be sure its going in when they open

    look at cranking pulse width

Also make sure the maf table has fuel for it to fire up first time
    "Maf freq" 12.5870172816179 14.8812026974792 17.4854131695381 20.461653709034 23.7479193047273
    Change to like 100~

    other note
Base AFR correction is throwing timing ADVANCE into the 1.25 commanded 11.8:1 air fuel ratio power Enrichment
At 2-bar when the timing table peaks 15 degrees its getting an additional 5 degrees from the base fuel correct "afr advance"

Way too much timing. at 15psi on gasoline 93 octane fuel with 9.5:1 compression you should be pulling 3 degree from the base of 15, run 12 degrees btdc of total timing at 90-105*F IAT
    Pull another degree for 110-120*F

    What a confusing mess.

Both files are 2 bar OS. The file with the 2 bar VE table, the map linear and offset are for some unknown sensor. So first question should be, what MAP sensor do you have in the vehicle? That's first thing. Whatever it is I'd shit can it and put in a real GM 2 bar sensor. No use having a 3 bar sensor in a 2 bar OS.

Next question is, are you swapping the MAP sensor out when you swap from tune to tune?

The injector data can't be right. All you've changed is the flow rate.

You really need to post a data log of the no start. But I'd bet you get a legit map sensor in it and get the linear and offset correct, it will probably pop off. Might not run worth a damn but it'll probably fire.

PS some GEN3 PCMs are a real pain to get started after flashing, when they're in speed density. If it still doesn't start once you fix all your screw ups, you need to check for the P0103. If no code is set, it won't start.

OK, I want to thank all that's helping I got sick and am now back on it the MAP sensor is a Delphi 3 bar that is used in the 02 Duramax! I am going to redownload the 2 tunes as I think I may have sent the wrong tunes. I have this in a 1983 GMC I used everything from my wrecked 02 Silverado I used the engine trans harness fuse box and Pcm from it that was a 1 bar no turbo. The truck now starts idles for a second or two then dies if I use the throttle to keep it running it just dies. Now as far as the 1 bar tune I change nothing on the engine same map all I do is unhook the turbo pipe and add the MAF sensor on the throttle body. Also as to p0103, i have it on mil on first uncheck mark does it need to be checked?

You've never said what injectors are in it, but regardless the data can't be correct. The tune is just bad overall.

The injectors are 80lb @43psi HPinjectors the only data they sent me was the offset numbers which I put in. The map sensor is a Delphi sensor from a 02 Duramax I thought it was a 2 Bar put I guess it’s a 3.3 bar in quarrying on a 19418810 ac delco 2 bar to come in. Thanks for the help.

You need to ask the seller for the GM-format injector data.

That data isn't right. Offset and min pulse width specifically. You'll find out if you start trying to dial it in. Min fuel will probably need to be lower also.
