Having voltage at ~450mv is not a tuning problem.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Voltage at 450mv basically means open circuits. You have wiring issues to the sensors.
Should be using a wideband to dial in the fueling too, way better than using narrowband sensors.
