Unable to complete download VCM Suite Beta when using the scanner or tuner

Usually I always use the about button in the program to download new beta updates to my beta versions. But the last two I keep getting the error that I cannot complete the download. If I login to my HPTuners account in the web portal and download the beta and install it, it does install and works fine.

Is this something that is a local issue to me or is this a current known issue with the Beta Versions?

    Thanks

are you able to post a screenshot of the error message you are seeing?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

No matter what I do it always stops and says that the download cannot complete. This has been the case for the past 3 beta revisions. HPTuners itself does not give an error. I never had this issue until the last 3 Beta's.

I would suggest you try switching to a different default browser. I just tested using Chrome(116.0.5845.188) as my default browser and was unable to recreate the issue through either editor or scanner beta

I would suggest that you open a support ticket in this case, at least that way it goes to our web admin for further troubleshooting.

This issue seems to be corrected in the last Beta release, I changed nothing on my local machine. I had to manually update from the website a couple of beta versions and then it started working. Not sure if it was the version or an actually host server issue but I wanted to report the issue is fixed as of yesterday.

Just happens sometimes. There was a stable release version a while back, like 4.something, that would check for updates and not find one, even though there was a newer version on the download page.
