beware if this is NOT your oem file as immo key will prevent starting.
its modded by myself for limits rpm and vmax and it is NOT stock. this is what you're looking for

Is that the oem file for a 2022 sea doo gti 170?
Wondering if I can load that in my 2023 gti 130...
The 130hp version is simply throttle, air table trim, lambda target and timing advance is more restricted. Looks to be similar limiters as the 170. Changing the cal file in buds rewrites the whole entire Calibration file PLUS the EEPROM regardless of what it appears to do. Wrong OS to wrong EEPROM OS and it?ll never start or the checksum will not permit use of the immo. It?s Quite in-depth as it?s ALL changed.
If anyone tests out the Seadoo 170 limits. Let me know if it works. There are a few other methods of data organization to accomplish this as well. I modded that in about 5 mins for JUST those limits. it?s just speed which are FF?d off, rpm limits and extended axis values for the usable maps. unless more limit parameters show up.
i have test your file, now take 8200rpm max, with more timing 8100max but take 8800 at midle load, the best for the moment is more timing at midle load and oem hight rpm.
you're not changing the cal file in BUDS..
you're just changing the model number of the ski.. this is the same thing as changing the model number of a US spec 300 to a european spec RS model for raising the GPS limiter.
this has already been done MANY times and it works perfectly.
when the ECM sees that model number, it automatically knows it's a 170.
