updated trans tune for 4L60e still slipping in 3-4.

I attempted to correct and update the old trans tune although with the transgo shift kit not sure it changed many settings. can someone please look and see if I'm missing anything? It is a 99 C5 with Maggie SC and a Yank 3000 rpm stall.
less than 250 miles on rebuild that would handle 600-700hp and tq.
NO full throttle and no launches on new converter or the rebuilt trans. Started slipping while shifting from 2-3 merging at 50mph
I know that I have some other issues with the engine tune to work out as well.

Have you triple checked trans fluid? Normal for a new build to workout air pockets and come back after a few drives a quart or more low. Half a quart low is enough to make some miss shifts.
