Issue with throttle not closing immediately after WOT

I am trying to figure out why after I go WOT and let off the throttle the truck continues to accelerate for about 1/2 second - logs clearly show pedal at 0% but throttle at >50% tune and logs attached...

not sure if the Max TQ Feedback and CSER ETC Feedback being disable is "normal"

any thoughts on how to attack this?

I had this happen once and it was a bad flash. Went back 1 revision and it was gone.

TQ tables, trims being 20% off, trans limit...a lot to check. Log TB angle, remove unnecessary PIDs to improve polling.
