2009 CTS-V Triple disk lockup issues

Friend of mines have a 09 V Twin turbo car Ive been tuning we've had zero issues with lockup on the stock converter until the triple disk circle d swap. We've had the converter pulled and sent back to circle d where they found no issues with it and got it back in again with no lockup.
Car will show TCC line pressure but will never lock. Attached is a short log and the tune file, we've tested a ton of different pressures and apply points with no luck, ive never had issues with a 6l90 or even 80e car with tcc lockup.
Yes I know fueling needs some work we changed the engine/cam combo along with the converter but want this thing to lock before we go any further

Nothing happens when it commands lock-up, it is as if the valve was stuck in the pump. If you have a way to hook a flow meter or pressure gauge on one of the cooler line you could tell if the valve is moving or not and know for sure if the issue is hte converter or not. By the way, how come the OSS is never reading?

Odd, never seen a log where the OSS is not reading. Now that I said that I bet you I will get a bunch like that sent to me. lol

Back to your issue, then the TCC pressure goes from 0 to 110 you will see the pressure jump up or drop down (varies from one unit to another and I am not sure on this one) if the valve moves. You can't miss it it will be obvious if the valve strokes. If you see that then it will confirm that the TCM, Solenoid, Valve Body and Pump are doing what they should. Leaving you with a leak in the converter, a missing or cut O-ring on the input shaft , blown blown pump stator support gasket, or a worn out stator support bushing in that order of likelihood.

OP have you tried locking the TCC using the scanner controls? That should be first thing to try.

Why are the TCC stuck off and on codes disabled?

Just an FYI you can zero the TCC slip tables but if you don't modify the apply ramp it still will not lock up solid.

I have tried it in the scanner, that was a test file it usually has those codes enabled. we have had the apply ramp extensively Modified with no luck we’ve been grasping at straws on it and it did previously before the converter was sent back thrown a p0741 code

Well that's not good. I mean for Circle D. Good that you fixed it but the third TC? Did they give you a why, or what was wrong with them? Kind of a lot of work to have done it three times. Last 5 or so years parts, even factory stuff has been absolute garbage. Lots of new out of the box failed.

So the first converter was sent in and they said they saw no issues and sent it back, goes back into the car no lockup still. Basically took some “big” tuner names to get involved tweaking the tune with no luck to actually push circle d into sending a whole new converter. They wouldn’t take my word for it unfortunately
