Edit: I assume that the change was more than the EGR engage and disengage speeds? Would like to understand the change that I apparently could not do.
There is a separate enable/disable flag that has to be set. You also need egr airflow and spark advance corrections to be zeroed out when using the egr input for something else. The newer versions of hpt don't seem to show those, although if you use ctrl n in your editor, you will be able to view the airflow and spark tables.

There's a lot of Deka 80 "data" floating around out there. The one I linked works. I've used it on 3 tunes so far. Look on the first tab. That's who did it. Have to set Fuel>Transient>MinFuelMg to 0.010. 58psi fuel pressure.

I would not follow anything from sloppy mechanics especially tuning related.

The one that says GM data. LS1.

0kPa column for all columns of IFR and Offset if vacuum-referenced.

Set your O2 switchpoints to 451. Not going to get anything useful so far off at 301mV. Fix CL enable temp.

Spark below 0.64 cylair should be put back to stock. Truncate with boost.

TunerPro or UniversalPatcher might be quicker than whatever you need to do for HPT. I use an OBDLink SX, $50 cable, niche free software. UniversalPatcher is only good for VPW era ECUs, and only a few of them. P01 and P59 mainly. There's some amount of support/work going into the P10 and 1 or 2 other 6 cylinder ECUs.

For doing what, enabling the EGR (which is what this thread is about, with people stuck on newer software that has the EGR stuff removed posting their files so people who kept version 4.8.7 around can enable it for them)?

You do realize this is the HP Tuners support forum and not just a general tuning site, right?

You explained yourself, in the same comment, why it made sense to suggest looking into some free software to supplement his HPT woes.
