1999-2004 Ford F150 tuning questions

Hello, I recently worked on a 2003 Ford lightning, did some tuning with an mpvi2. I want to work on a couple of Ford trucks, one a 1999 and another lightning, a 2001. I'm going through the supported vehicles list, and I remember recently there being some older Fords listed as tuning capable with the mpvi2. Did HP tuners remove the older Fords as listed because the mpvi2 is discontinued, or because vcm suite will no longer be capable of reading and writing?

Lightnings have never been supported. The oldest gas truck is the 2004 F150.
The Cobras are supported still with MPVI2, they have a different ECM than the SVT F150.

I flash and read a 2003 Ford F150 lightning heritage 2 weeks ago with an mpvi2, reduced fuel a little bit, and added a little extra timing for 93 octane. Read and wrote no problem
