2010 chalanger 6.1 time retard issues after cam install

2010 Dodge challenger srt8 6.1 cam install, long tube headers,high flow cats. I encounter knock under WOT.

main issue is knock retard

cam specs:

intake;
Lift: 340
valve lift: 561
duration : .50" 218

Exhaust:
Lift: 340
valve lift: 561
duration : .50" 226

1st time tuning a dodge but im pretty familiar with standalones and gm vehicles.


I removed timing for WOT tuning at 1st pull I noticed knock pulling -.05 -1 retard timing
Proceded to check AFR's / lambda on point and still
retarded timing from 17 to 15 now to 11 and still.
added 35% lf knock sensor Voltage
checked limits

Whats the end use of this Charger Daily/Racer , Racer/I drive it to the track ? or Yeap I have a charger with cam , why is it slow as balls?
