    3005 GTO Starting issue

2005 Pontiac GTO and the rest of the tune works very well Idles great, and makes great power. it just starts poorly. If you crack the throttle it fires right up. I've got the VE table dialed in, base idle airflow set and have tried the start up airflow up to the max value washout success Fires right up cold but warm not so good.
here's the tune and logs I've read that the GTO (and other Holden cars) are different to tune

Any chance of getting the specs on what you're trying to tune, or is it super secret?

As a rule of thumb, if you have to crack the throttle to start, there's too much fuel. Might want to start by reducing your cranking VE.

Your startup airflow is too high. If you get your total idle airflow too high (base idle airflow + startup airflow) it will actually close the blade. As you make changes you need to keep an eye on your TPS % when you go to crank it.

As stated above, if startup airflow is too high, it will indeed start heading in the wrong direction. As stated remove some startup airflow to a more reasonable amount, remove some cranking VE, and maybe add a few degrees of cranking advance in the hot coolant area.
