2012 Dodge Charger 5.7 Turbo

Hello i have an 2012 Dodge Charger 5.7 with a single turbo. I have the 5 psi watsegate spring in now and needing help or someone to look over my tune. I got it started but it surges bad until it cuts off. It has a 270 comp cam everything else is stock. Im new to hp tuners HELP!!!

did you dial in the cam before you install the turbo ?
Search in the forum, the cam must be adjusted by airflow and idle controls.

yes i did. Here is the current file i need assist with.HemG Stock Tune Copy 270 v2 Turbo2.3.hpt

i got it to idle even drive but i have no psi/boost & my boost gauge reads negative and have no torque/power to the wheels like before was installed. it has the 3 bar map sensor stock injectors & fuel pump on 93 octane.

Besides a tune you need bigger injectors and a BAP or larger fuel pump

i know thats coming .. i was trying to at least get a tune for my stock injectors for now with the 5 psi waste gate spring i have in...

We can help you out with that. We boosted many 5.7's.

You need bigger injectors and that is a must, BAP is not needed for 7psi.

update i have hellcat injectors and 400 walbro pump installed now. still needing help and my a/f ratio is slightly off.HemG 5.7L Stock Comp270Turbo 3bar Revised1.1Tans.hpt
