2007 5.7 Hemi Jeep Commander Eagle heads and 6.1 Cam, Intake, and Headers Tune HELP

So i am doing a tune for the first time and was wondering if anyone as experience or could review this to see if i am on the right track or what adjustments i should make. Build is as follows:

2007 Jeep Commander 5.7 Hemi

Mods:
Eagle Heads, Pistons
6.1 Cam, 6.1 Intake, 6.1 Fuel Injectors, and 6.1 shorty headers.

I copied and pasted the 6.1 factory settings into the 5.7 hemi just seemed like the right place to start. thanks. below is factory orignal tune and tune i modified.

trying to run off of 87 octane
