Got a message that there was a new Beta version and I needed that update to use new features (perhaps not word for word but close). Is there a set of version notes that says what features were added or changed?

I get that sometimes it's just minor bug fixes and such but if there's a new table or math or something it'd sure be nice to see it in some version notes versus needing to dig for it or stumble upon it.

I could be blind and simply failing with my search efforts, but if not....does anyone know? or Bill@HPTuners, can it be provided?

Unless you are doing tuning on late model stuff. 2018 and above I honestly would not update.
