    NICE!!!!! now make an HP Tuners stock tune file from it. ( i'd LOVE a copy of that)

    Yea theres some other work first with disassembly to verify some things, just working through things on spare time as this is just fun for me with free time.

    Send ecu to hptuners and they would send you stock files ones is read

    At the point I need ecu in hand and on my bench setup. So may order one soon.

    how did you do a HEX dump post a pic of it if you didn't have the ECU in hand?

    ahh.. ok, that makes sense.
    the ECU is only $559.00 MSRP

    Having the firmware doesn't mean much, the issue is the ECU uses very very high level of encryption so you can't write it. There's zero chance the encryption itself will get cracked. The only possible workaround is physical modification to the ECU to replace component. Even if you get the ECU modified it's not like you'll be able to fire up HP Tuners and start tuning the ECU. Flashing these modified ECUs will probably, for the time being, be limited to those doing the actual hardware modification.

    yes, but I'm just curious to see what the stock tune looks like.
    the ECU will be cracked eventually... it's just a matter of time.

    i have the 2024 rxp325 stock file but the issue now is editing protocol and writing it
