    2018 R/T 5.7 with supercharger tuning issues

    We have a 2018 Dodge charger R/T here with a 3.0 whipple. Customer went with whipple tuning. With that said, we currently have 17 codes ranging from IAT sensors to Camshaft sensors to MAP sensors to coolant, pcm comm issues, etc. We've done everything in accordance with the instructions in regards to uploading the tune. Upload tune, turn off, open and close door and wait 30-60 seconds to help prevent comm errors.

    Current issue: the car wont start, only way for it to start and run rough is unplugging the pcv on the passenger side.

    Whipple is stating its mechanical and the MAP isnt plugged in, I can only assume the sensor is bad so we'll see if whipple sends a new one out.

    PCM was sent to HPT to get unlocked, security gateway is installed. I pulled the file from my MPVI3 and whipple is stating that is the correct tune installed yet here we are. There's only one plug that comes with the kit. MAP and IAT harness. IAT plug T's off the MAP sensor. Not many plugs to screw up. With that said, anyone else have these issues?

    It would help to know what exact codes you are getting. even without a tune you shouldn't be getting that many codes

    My thoughts exactly on the codes. I've literally installed 100's of whipples and have never had this many issues. I dont mess with Dodge tuning or I wouldve dove into it. Whipple keeps saying its the MAP sensor asking us to flip the MAP, we've done everything with no luck so far.

    Codes: P0032/ P0052/ P0058/ P0108/ P0113/ P00118/ P0152/ P0158/ P0198/ P0340/ P0520/ P0523/ U0100/ U1267

    We've shared all this with the techs over at Whipple. Just seeing what would cause all of this seeing that no other mod was made, I potentially think this is a PCM issue, maybe a tune issue.

    Does it show permanent, active or pending next to the codes? High Circuit usually means it is unpluged or short in circuit

    Step 1, post the tune file.

    Step 2, post a data log file.

    Step 3, in your DTC window, copy all your DTCs.

    Step 4, paste them here.

    Tune file is locked, its a whipple tune
    datalog file shows 255kpa, 215 coolant temp, -40 IAT temp, wont start so this is ignition on log. The Harness for the MAP (TRX MAP) is also tied in with the IAT.     Yes had a 2017 Ram a few months back, Whipple sent us a new Map, in the end it was a PCM issue.

    This is what whipple and I are thinking as well. With the amount of comms codes and codes that have no correlation with the blower install that would make the most sense.

    Sounds like a bunch of open circuits. I'd break out the trusty voltmeter and start diagnosing each individually.

    Sent HP tuners all the info they needed. They requested to send the ECU back for a patch and re-unlock. Received back and still running into the same issue. 255 kPa for MAP. It idled for a little bit wouldn?t take any throttle.
