yes, an automated email gets sent out instantly after submission. I just tested this and the system is working fine.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Last ticket we received from info@ was back on Sept 25/26 and there was a bunch of back & forth emails on that ticket regarding a 04 Ram. I don't see any tickets from Tony@

Then the previous one which I managed to reach out on an open ticket that got me a response which were Sent on 9/12 re sent on 9/13 that I also sent out on tony@ but I can?t find it. So maybe a little exaggeration on 5+ but 4 for sure.
