I was wondering on the credits if you tune a vehicle and then remove the tune / uninstall will the credits become reclaimed in your account? Or do they still stay with that vehicle?

They stay with that VIN/OS or in the way you put it, that vehicle.
Once you spend the credits, they are gone for good.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
