18 l5p issue

I?m trying to complete a delete on a 2018 l5p. I?ve been through the unlock process and received the tunes from hp tuners. When we try to load the tunes we receive an error message stating ?tune is restricted from writing to this vehicle?. Has anyone else had this issue or have any thoughts about how to fix this? Trying to get the truck finished as it?s a daily work truck.

Sounds like the tuner got his security settings wrong. If you don't get it worked out with them, post your file. I may be able to help.
